    For a small business owner, I organized his media assets, legal and financial records, SOPs, training materials and HR documents into one knowledge base that Claude can read. Then I built him a business dashboard, connected Claude to the tools he uses every day, and showed him how to automate his most common tasks.

    A founder's company records were spread across two computers, two cloud services and a USB drive. I merged about 2,000 files, roughly 50 GB, into one organized knowledge base, checked that nothing was left behind, and set up his own Claude to work from it with standing instructions.

    Hi, I'm Alex.

    Alex Guldbeck

    I spent the better part of a decade inside biotech and pharma startups, and I've worked in and alongside operations and digital marketing departments for 25 years. Several of the companies I built for were later acquired. I know how long that work used to take and where the knowledge gets lost, and with AI I now do in days what used to take months.

    I'm also an experienced teacher, so I don't just hand you a system and leave. I make sure your team understands it and can keep building on it. I live in Miami Beach and work with clients anywhere.
